The balcony, decorated with unmistakable pirate-themed accents, seems custom-made for him. With the Jolly Roger proudly displayed and a proud prow-shaped addition, it perfectly captures the adventurous spirit of a pirate. Let’s hope the current owner is handy with a pot of varnish to make sure things stay shipshape.
